You will also have a personal account representative that will ensure you receive your preprinted Bill of Lading and shipping labels before we arrive to pick up your shipment. Your rep will also ensure that you receive a courtesy call the day prior to your scheduled pick up to remind you we’re on our way. If you’re at the show, we’ll call you before the close of the show to ensure you have everything you need.

Ground Transportation
Tradeshow Transportation Specialists utilizes all air ride trailers for the transportation of your exhibit materials. This ensures a smoother ride than trailers used by common carriers, thus, reducing the risk of damage to your exhibit. Additionally, our ground service is faster than a common carrier and will get your exhibit from east coast to west coast in five days or less. Your exhibit is not offloaded and loaded onto other trailers throughout the process like other common carriers practice — your exhibit is loaded on our air ride trailers and offloaded at its destination city.
Air Transportation
For those tight turnarounds, air freight is an option for exhibitors. Obviously, this is an expensive option and your account manager will discuss all options with you. TSA regulations dictate whether your freight will travel via passenger or all-cargo aircraft.

TTS has an extensive network of more than 10,000 tractor trailer combinations and can guarantee your pick-up anytime and anywhere you need it. We can also provide team drivers for expedited trailer loads.
